Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, seeks a Multi‑Site Plant Controller to lead financial governance for our Sheboygan Falls campus. You will partner with the Operations Leadership Team, coach three direct reports, and deliver actionable insights to drive operational excellence across plants.

On site, you’ll own forecasting, cost analysis, standard costing, and capital project evaluations while building strong cross‑functional relationships to sustain Johnsonville’s growth.

Formación

• Six or more years of accounting and finance experience, including management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing.
• Proactive self-starter with analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive practical systems knowledge; SAP preferred.
• Demonstrated project and change management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Campus Plant Director and drive performance management for Sheboygan Falls plants.
• Translate financial insights into clear actions and hold the plant network accountable.
• Lead manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and standard cost processes.
• Develop and coach three direct reports to foster accountability and partnership.
• Spend significant time in plants to understand operations and cost drivers.
• Forecasting, target setting, variance analysis, and standard cost evaluations for the plants.
• Support capital projects evaluation (IRR, cost savings) and cost reduction initiatives.
• Guide commercial teams in developing reliable product cost estimates.
