Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, a high-growth food producer, seeks a Multi-Site Plant Controller to support the Sheboygan Falls campus. You will partner with the Operations Leadership Team to provide financial leadership, governance, and actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

This role requires hands-on analysis, forecasting, cost accounting, and standard cost processes. You will develop and coach three direct reports, spend time in the plants, and translate data into meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CMA, CPA, and/or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting and finance experience required, including management.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing.
• Proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Extensive practical systems knowledge (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner and Drive Performance Management within the Sheboygan Falls Campus plants.
• Own the delivery of measurable business results by translating financial insights into clear actions, driving accountability across the plant network.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for manufacturing performance reporting, cost analysis, business planning, standard cost processes, and strategic decision support.
• Develop and coach your three direct reports to create a culture of accountability, personal learning, and business partnership.
• Spend significant time in the manufacturing plants to build relationships and understand drivers of success.
