Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing accounting or finance teams.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting & financial activities for multiple manufacturing locations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close including reconciliations.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Develop standard costing methodologies and cost reporting accuracy.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and plant management.
• Mentor staff across locations and establish best practices.
