Mom365, Inc. is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve newborn memories.

You’ll earn guaranteed hourly pay plus commission; top performers regularly earn $30-$35/hour or more. The role blends leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight, with fully paid training and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
• Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
• Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
• Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
• Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.

This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader first- someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
• Experience leading remote, multi-site, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or business units preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.
• Experience managing business operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.
• Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
