Mom365, Inc. is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional family experiences.

You will recruit, train, and mentor photographers while building strong hospital partnerships and ensuring high standards of service and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing staff.
• Experience leading remote or multi-site teams preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Photography experience preferred (portrait/newborn).
• Experience managing operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography.

This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a people leader first—someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, or developing employees.
• Experience leading remote, multi-site, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations, departments, or business units preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Photography experience preferred, especially portrait, studio, family, newborn, or event photography.
• Experience managing business operations, scheduling, staffing, or performance metrics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.
• Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
• Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
