Harris Health is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations across Smith Clinic, Casa De Amigos, and LBJ. You will lead daily workflows, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compliant practices across multiple locations in Bellaire, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• Texas Pharmacist License or eligibility; must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required for inpatient positions prior to or within 6 months of employment; preferred for outpatient roles.
• IV Sterile Certification required for all inpatient areas and Fondren Pharmacy.
• Texas Pharmacist Preceptor Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive, relevant pharmacy experience.
• Outpatient/Retail experience required for ACS positions.
• Inpatient hospital experience required for IP positions.
• PGY1 ASHP-accredited residency highly preferred.
• Strong written communication for correspondence and reports.
