Zusammenfassung

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are seeking to appoint a Performing Arts Technician to support high-quality technical provision across Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Cowley Academy and Giles Academy.

The role involves working across four secondary schools, with responsibility for lighting, sound, staging and audiovisual equipment, and occasional evenings to support performances, concerts and events. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of sound, lighting, staging and audiovisual technology.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly between the four Trust schools and sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings for productions, events and open evenings.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for performances, productions, concerts, assemblies, examinations and events across the Trust.
• Set up, operate and maintain lighting, sound, staging and audiovisual equipment.
• Support planning and delivery of rehearsals, productions and performances.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support Music, Drama and Performing Arts activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to students during lessons and performances.
• Train students in safe use of technical theatre equipment and backstage operations.
• Maintain equipment and inventories; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Assist with administration for trips and visits and equipment logistics.
