Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead multi-program GBAS initiatives (TPY-4, TPS-77). You will direct Manufacturing Project Managers across sites, drive baseline plans, capacity analyses, CAM activities, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and sourcing.

The role requires strong leadership, program execution discipline, and the ability to operate in production and development environments, with a focus on manufacturing
