Job summary

Manna is seeking an Operations Manager for Tulsa to run the metro’s drone delivery operation, from uptime and order fulfilment to safety and cost control as we scale to 20 bases. You will own rostering, shift leads, recruitment, onboarding and development of frontline staff into supervisory roles across multiple sites.

You’ll lead Area Supervisors and an Operations Coordinator, align with the Part 135 partner, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years running multi-site operations.
• Experience managing a large hourly or part-time workforce across multiple locations.
• Proven track record developing frontline staff into supervisory roles.
• Experience opening new sites and bringing them into live operation.
• Able to be accountable when a site doesn't open on time and diagnose why.

Responsibilities

• Own daily performance across Tulsa bases: uptime, order fulfilment, safety and turnaround.
• Ensure operations meet the manual and Part 135 partner standards.
• Lead Area Supervisors and the Operations Coordinator, including recruitment and development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of a large part-time ground crew.
• Manage shift lead programme and ensure coverage across bases.
• Roster and schedule staff seven days a week across bases as a single metro system.
• Build a culture where crews show up, stay engaged and perform.
