KellyOCG is seeking a Drone Delivery Local Representative in Tulsa, OK to support an autonomous drone delivery partnership. You will not fly drones but serve as the local operations liaison, receiving supplies, distributing marketing materials, testing the ordering experience, and providing feedback to improve the program.

Based in Tulsa, you will coordinate with the partner team on-site, report weekly updates, handle supplies, and assist merchants.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on-site and travel to merchant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local liaison with the partner's on-site team in Tulsa
• Report weekly on operational updates, expansions, and process changes
• Receive, organize, and coordinate company‑related supplies
• Print and provide marketing and promotional materials for in‑market use
• Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone site using your personal vehicle
• Occasionally shadow runners and identify opportunities to improve field processes
• Place test orders through the customer app and document glitches, changes, or unusual activity
• Communicate observations and issues to internal teams, partner teams, merchants, and other stakeholders
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
• Maintain an organized workflow and support smooth daily operations
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with merchants and community members
• Adapt quickly as technology, processes, and the operating environment evolve
