Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee our New York market properties, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring guest and homeowner satisfaction.

The role requires frequent travel to sites and close collaboration with maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in property management across multiple sites, 2+ years in people management, and 2+ years in homeowner relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience with multi-site locations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of homeowner relations experience.
• Ability and availability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage market staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with property owners, review owner statements, and communicate status.
• Oversee guest/homeowner issue resolution and ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain AvantStay standards and owner satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks across properties.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize property operations and manage inventories.
