The successful candidate will manage employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure efficient operations across sites, with strong communication and decision-making abilities required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management experience.
• 3 years of parking experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Use of calculator and general mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reporting managers, supervisors, and location employees to resolve issues diplomatically.
• Ensure parking, security, cash control and customer service procedures are followed by employees.
• Monitor facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Prepare a daily morning bank deposit of cashier money receipts.
• Review daily cashier reports to ensure sales totals are recorded on time.
• Monitor and review damage claims to assign responsibility.
