Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial operations preferred.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, sand processing, or similar industry strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across mining, wet plant, dry plant, and rail operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production to meet customer demand.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
