Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Multi-Site Officer to help maintain a safe environment across client sites in Villa Ridge, MO. The role includes access control, patrolling, and enforcing site regulations, with a focus on de-escalation and customer service.

Wage is $17.00 per hour with 8 hours per week across shifts (0700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700). Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Open availability preferred.
• Driving record must meet company and or insurance standards.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Reliable means of transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Multi-Site Officer's - Part Time

Primary Location: Villa Ridge, MO

Wage: $17.00/HR

Available Shifts: 8 Hours Per Week

• 0700 - 1500
• 1500 - 2300
• 2300 - 0700

The Multi - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
