Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Vernon Hills, IL is hiring a Full-Time Multi-Site Officer to help maintain a safe environment across multiple client sites.

You will monitor premises, control access, patrol diverse locations, and enforce site rules while providing quality customer service to employees and guests. The role requires strong observation, de-escalation skills, ability to work independently, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Multi-Site Officer - Full Time

Primary Location:

Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range:

$21.00-$22.00/HR

The Multi - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.
• FA, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Security experience preferred, but not required.
