Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Multi-Site Officer for full-time work in Kansas City, MO. You will help maintain a secure environment across client sites through access control, surveillance, and proactive patrols.

Role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work independently, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. You will follow post orders, report hazards, and support client staff and visitors while using security technology.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and monitoring of client sites.
• Conduct patrols and enforce client site policies.
• Identify safety issues and report hazards promptly.
• Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors.
• Maintain post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Operate security technology and communication devices.
• Support on-site client relations with professionalism.

Multi-Site Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Kansas City, MO

Wage: $15.00/HR

The Multi - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
