Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Multi-Site Officer for a full-time position in Bolingbrook, IL. You will help maintain a safe, secure environment across client sites, perform access control and patrol duties, and assist employees and visitors with information and directions.

The role requires strong customer service, team leadership, and the ability to travel between sites. A High School Diploma or GED and solid tech skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Wage: $18.71/HR

The Multi - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have a flexible schedule to work varying shifts.
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Valid Driver's License is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Prior security experience a plus.
