Job summary
Securitas Global Clients America is hiring a Multi-Site Officer for full-time work in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, monitoring premises, access control, and patrolling multiple client sites to deter incidents and enforce site rules.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Training and daily pay options are included.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must have a flexible schedule to work varying shifts.
- Must be able to travel to multiple sites.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Prior security experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
- Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
- Conduct tours of the property.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Wage: $18.71/HR
The Multi-Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
