Job summary

Securitas in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Multi-Site Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe environment across client locations. You will manage access control, perform patrols, report safety issues, and enforce site directives with integrity and courtesy.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, good computer skills, and strong customer service with leadership capability. You must stay calm under pressure, follow post orders, and participate in pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.
• FA, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Security experience preferred, but not required.

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage Range: $21.00-$22.00/HR

TheMulti - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
