Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Manager of Neuroscience Ambulatory Operations to oversee daily performance across multiple outpatient practices, including Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Mount Laurel. You will drive operational consistency, coordinate staffing, and partner with site supervisors to meet quality, access, and financial goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field and at least 3 years of administrative leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrative/business manager preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Neuroscience ambulatory practices across multiple sites.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage at all locations.
• Track productivity, access, and scheduling efficiency system-wide.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, training and development for multi-site teams.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports with leadership.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, and patient experience metrics.
