Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee quality across multiple AI data center infrastructure production sites. You will report to the Director of Quality and lead QA, process controls, regulatory compliance, testing, and continuous improvement across Crusoe facilities.

The ideal candidate will build and guide quality teams, drive SPC/PI, ensure QMS discipline, and travel ~30–40% to vendor sites and client locations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Manufacturing Quality or related roles in complex manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site quality teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of UL/NRTL, ISO 9001, CAPA, PFMEA, SPC, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site quality operations and define inspection standards.
• Oversee FAT/FWT, testing, and qualification activities.
• Drive QMS compliance and audit readiness across sites.
• Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain on CAPA and process controls.
