Job summary

Weaver Popcorn, Inc. seeks a Director of Manufacturing in Van Buren, IN, with ~10% travel. You will shape strategy, standardize systems, and develop leaders to drive performance across manufacturing operations.

You will lead Lean deployment, capacity planning, safety, quality and cost improvements, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR to achieve shared priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Proven multi-site or system-level manufacturing leadership.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and CI governance.
• Experience with budgets, labor strategy, capital planning and productivity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional change across functions.
• Experience in food/CPG manufacturing and FSMA/PCQI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term direction for manufacturing and translate goals into an actionable road map.
• Advance Weaver Manufacturing Excellence as the operating system.
• Develop plant leaders and strengthen succession plans.
• Improve safety, food safety, quality, OEE, throughput, yield, scrap, and cost.
• Guide capacity, capital, technology, and automation planning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR.
