Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Director of Manufacturing to shape strategy, systems, and leadership capability across our operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
Proven experience leading multi-site or system-level manufacturing.
Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous-improvement governance.
Experience with budgets, labor strategy, capital planning, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

Set long-term direction for manufacturing and develop actionable roadmaps.
Advance Weaver Manufacturing Excellence as the operating system connecting people, processes, performance, and improvement.
Develop plant leaders and strengthen succession plans across operations.
Lead safety, quality, OEE, throughput, yield, scrap, and cost-improvement strategies.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR around shared priorities.
