Job summary

AMLI Denargo Market and AMLI Art District in Denver are seeking a reliable Make Ready Technician to prepare two luxury communities for new residents. You’ll perform repairs, painting, drywall, and carpentry as part of a fast-paced maintenance team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are valued. On-call rotation for evenings and weekends is required; a valid driver’s license is needed to support multi-site coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, or handyman work in apartments.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and make-readies with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins and inspect vacant units.
• Complete make-ready tasks: drywall, painting, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, appliances, carpentry.
• Repair or replace blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, mirrors, shelving, baseboards, screens, doors and hardware.
• Touch up walls, patch drywall, and assist with painting projects.
• Replace locks and make keys as needed; maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with community appearance, grounds, and cleaning projects as needed.
• Work alongside experienced maintenance team to deliver exceptional service.
