Job summary

AMLI Denargo Market and AMLI Art District in Denver, CO are seeking a Multi-Site Make Ready Technician to prep apartments for new residents at two luxury communities in the RiNo neighborhood. You will perform repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general make-ready tasks to ensure move-in readiness.

Ideal candidates have basic painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, construction, or handyman experience.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, construction, handyman work, remodeling, or apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins.
• Inspect vacant apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Perform repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Repair or replace blinds, lights, doors, hardware; touch up walls and assist with painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; support community appearance and grounds.

AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Make Ready Technician to support two luxury apartment communities, AMLI Denargo Market and AMLI Art District, located in Denver's vibrant RiNo neighborhood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in creating great living spaces, and wants to build maintenance skills in a stable, growing industry. Whether you already have apartment maintenance experience or have developed repair skills through construction, painting, remodeling, or a trade, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and general make‑ready work to ensure every apartment is move‑in ready.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Prepare apartment homes for new resident move‑ins
• Inspect vacant apartments and complete make‑ready checklists
• Perform basic repairs involving: Drywall
• Painting
• Plumbing fixtures
• Electrical components
• Appliances
• Carpentry
• Repair or replace: Blinds, Ceiling fans, Light fixtures, Mirrors, Shelving, Baseboards, Screens, Doors and hardware
• Touch up walls, patch drywall, and assist with painting projects
• Replace locks and make keys as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with community appearance, grounds, and cleaning projects when needed
• Work alongside an experienced maintenance team to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Basic experience with painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, construction, handyman work, remodeling, or apartment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to participate in an on‑call rotation for evenings and weekends
