Fortis Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Punch Technician to support two apartment communities, Elevate at the Pointe and Veritas at East Cobb. You will handle punch and Make Ready tasks, general maintenance, and daily site upkeep to ensure move-in ready homes for residents.

The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, own tools, and a valid driver's license. Work is full-time, hourly, at two Georgia properties with a supportive maintenance team and opportunities for

• General understanding of property operations and maintenance tasks.
• Experience in pool care and common area upkeep.
• Turnkey punch/Make Ready to prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain two apartment communities under supervision.
• Complete work orders and ensure timely repairs.
• Provide same-day service on urgent maintenance requests.
• Walk the property daily to identify repairs and perform landscaping tasks.
• Assist in turnover of vacant units to ready them for new residents.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Respond to emergencies on a scheduled on-call rotation.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked with supplies.
