Job summary

Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a facilities maintenance technician responsible for all aspects of building grounds and equipment upkeep at multiple locations. Travel to sites will be required, with some overnight stays as needed.

The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, remodel support, and occasional landscaping or snow removal duties to keep facilities in top condition. Prior experience and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Ability to work from scaffolding and ladders and use handheld tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of all facilities and grounds.
• Perform repair and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds.
• Attend training classes for maintenance procedures and self growth.
• Assist with remodels and special projects as needed.
• Perform cleaning after completing work on equipment, building and grounds.
• Work on scaffolding and ladders; use powered and non-powered tools as needed.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors and other building components.
• Provide grounds keeping services such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Repair and maintain restaurant equipment.
