Job summary

Chestnut Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep across convenience stores and gasoline locations. You will work hands-on with electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring safety and uptime.

The role requires independent work across multiple sites, a focus on safety, and collaboration with operations and leadership teams. Full-time position with company vehicle if travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, HVAC basics, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong focus on safety and hazard recognition.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic electrical work and repair doors, locks, walls, and interior/exterior structures.
• Paint and maintain surfaces; pressure wash and exterior upkeep; assist with store setup and signage.
