Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleanup of shelter property (entrances, playground, garbage areas, driveway).
• Remove office garbage and manage recycling.
• Maintain property/landscape and assist with snow removal.
• Provide maintenance assistance and repair work with the Property Manager.
• Assist with furniture and equipment inventory; move/remove items as needed.
• Coordinate with repair vendors and contractors as requested.
