Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to organize time efficiently and work independently.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds safely.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance on agency properties (HVAC filters, bulbs, batteries, painting).
• Keep storage areas clean and orderly; assist in landscaping and turnover of units.
• Prepare residential units for occupancy; assist with cleaning and light painting.
• Move agency furniture and maintain common areas.
• Meet vendors on-site; coordinate inspections and service calls.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
