Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to mid-sized buildings and industrial systems as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while supporting multiple sites.

This day-shift role (Mon–Fri) requires a valid driver's license and travel between locations with mileage reimbursed. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential to manage work orders, safety, and energy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Driver license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Manage work orders and track completion across sites.
• Support energy management and ensure system efficiency.
