Job summary

Chestnut Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specializing in facilities painting to uphold the appearance and standards of our retail locations. The role requires painting interiors and exteriors, surface prep, drywall repair, and minor maintenance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has commercial/retail painting experience, understands safety procedures, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or retail painting experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly between store locations and work flexible hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and time management required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior commercial painting for store and fuel-site locations.
• Prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and complete touch-ups to maintain brand standards.
• Carry out minor carpentry, drywall repairs and general maintenance as needed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures at all times.
