Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment and facility maintenance.
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues.
• Complete building repairs including lighting, doors, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenance.
• Support multiple Ziker Cleaners retail stores, production facilities, and office locations.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors when necessary.
• Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
