Job summary

QSAC is seeking an Office Maintenance/Custodian to uphold the safety and appearance of our office spaces across multiple facilities in New York. The role requires driving between QSAC locations and performing building maintenance tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

The position offers a salary of $18.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of maintenance/cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of general maintenance and facility cleaning skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with an excellent driving history.
• Reads, writes and speaks English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across multiple QSAC facilities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists.
• Keep inventory of supplies and use resources responsibly.
• Demonstrate safety and care of equipment and supplies to prevent damage or theft.
• Drive to multiple QSAC locations as required.
• Move furniture, handle deliveries, paint, plaster, and complete projects efficiently.
