Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician for Chandler & Tempe, AZ. You will maintain apartment communities, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and ensure safety and quality standards across properties.

The role includes on-call rotation with a $3.00/hr incentive and expected base pay of $22.00/hr, plus certifications pay. Experience with apartment maintenance and OSHA standards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and basic safety compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Comfort with basic computer skills for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turn/make-ready tasks to Mark-Taylor standards and keep supply levels adequate.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs on vacant units and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
