You will plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees, coordinating maintenance of high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment while fostering continuous improvement and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily material handling operations and maintenance across multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work; monitor quality of work.
• Coordinate maintenance of high speed conveyance systems and equipment.
• Support hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop work standards and procedures; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide performance management for team development and growth.
• Monitor staffing levels, overtime, and labor utilization.
• Travel off-site as needed and ensure safety culture.
