Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Maintenance Manager to oversee properties at The Bluffs of Williston (ND) and Sidney Apartments (MT). You will supervise maintenance technicians, perform repairs, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires 2+ years in property maintenance and customer service, plus ability to work independently and on-call evenings/weekends. The position offers competitive pay ($28.00–$36.50/hr) and a broad benefits package, with growth opportunities at

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Local market experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekend/evening on-call.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, including occupied units.
• Supervise maintenance technicians.
• Repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Participation in cleaning and painting during unit turns.
• Snow removal.
• On-call rotation; responds to emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
