Nirvana Cannabis in Arizona is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our Arizona facilities. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate facility projects, and ensure locations remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and support Maintenance Technicians across Arizona facilities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and projects.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of retail, cultivation, production, warehouse, and office facilities.
• Inspect buildings and systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain maintenance logs, budgets, and project documentation.
