Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee upkeep across multiple storage properties within a 15-mile radius. You’ll perform walkthroughs, coordinate with district leadership, and handle on-site repairs to keep facilities safe and fully functional.

Travel between sites is required and a valid license is essential. The ideal candidate takes pride in fixing things right the first time, supports the team, and communicates clearly with management to prevent recurring

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or related field preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for checklists, reports, and photo documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between properties.
• Must be able to pass a background check prior to hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly walkthroughs to catch damage, wear, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues.
• Keep vacant units rent-ready: swept, debris-free, properly lit, and opening/closing smoothly.
• Handle minor repairs on the spot (locks, doors, latches, light fixtures, basic plumbing).
• Maintain curb appeal: parking lots, walkways, and building exteriors free of trash and clutter.
• Test gates, keypads, and access points regularly; inspect fencing and perimeter barriers.
• Coordinate with the District Manager on bigger projects, vendor work, and budget priorities.
• Drive between assigned properties as needed; reliable transportation and a valid license required.
