Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance General Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control across multiple sites for a defined account. This senior leadership role focuses on growth, cost, productivity, and delivering financial commitments while leading people and ensuring safety, quality and service excellence for employees and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing multi-site management, P&L responsibility of multi-million dollars, and a track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in industrial or manufacturing multi-site roles.
• Total managed volume of $10M+ and P&L management experience.
• Experience with O&M in GMP environments.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned sites.
• Lead operations to meet revenue, EBIT, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coach and develop managers; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and KPI performance.
• Ensure contract obligations and client metrics are met.
