Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its POD 4 communities in Mesa & Chandler, AZ. You will represent Mark-Taylor through exceptional customer service for residents and prospective residents, generating a world-class leasing experience.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through the process, and maintain positive interactions across all communication channels. The role requires leasing skills, organization, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leasing experience required.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with end-to-end process knowledge.
• High-energy, independent worker able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software preferred.
• Basic written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects and provide an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed tours with prospective residents.
• Close sales by guiding through the application process.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in-person to residents and prospects.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent payments, manage availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor’s brand standards in curb appeal and resident experience.
