Job summary

Mark-Taylor, a leading Arizona apartment company, is hiring a Leasing Consultant for POD 4 communities in Mesa & Chandler. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, close the application, and maintain resident files with friendly, results-driven service.

Responsibilities include managing high-volume inquiries, updating leasing docs, and ensuring pricing and availability align with community standards. One year leasing experience preferred; strong communication required.

Qualifications

• One year leasing experience required.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with the ability to manage the leasing process from prospect to move-in.
• High-energy, self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Able to float between POD communities and provide coverage as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with resident concerns and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain leasing documentation and administration.
• Ability to manage high-volume inquiries while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor for prospects and residents.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding prospects through the application process and following up.
• Create positive experiences through email, phone, and in-person communications.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Generate a world-class resident experience reflecting Mark-Taylor’s brand standards.
