Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show apartment homes to prospective tenants.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing.
• Schedule renewal discussions and leasing options.
• Walk units before move-in date.
• Complete move-in paperwork and lease applications.
• Notify residents of new offerings; coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure grounds are well kept; manage files and expenses per standards.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
