Responsibilities

• Show apartment homes to potential prospects.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing; notify related parties of adjustments.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options.
• Walk through units prior to move-in date and complete move-in paperwork.
• Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents.
• Ensure grounds are well kept and coordinate with maintenance.
• Adhere to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and expenses.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods may be required.
