Job summary

AMLI Residential in Ohio is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations at AMLI Campion Trail, AMLI on Riverside and AMLI Grapevine, leading a small team across sites.

You will develop marketing strategies, show apartments, manage follow-ups, and coordinate renewals to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role spanning multiple properties in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals; maintain the Marketing Plan.
• Team Leadership & Training – hire, train and coach a team of leasing consultants.
• Customer Experience & Sales – show and lease apartments, follow up with prospects, utilize multiple channels.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – track trends, monitor pricing, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – coordinate renewals and engage residents.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Multi-Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
