Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing and marketing programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.
• Lead, train, and coach a team of Leasing Consultants and monitor performance.
• Show and lease apartments, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple channels.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and lease terms to stay competitive.
• Develop resident engagement and coordinate lease renewals.
