AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing at AMLI Campion Trail, AMLI on Riverside, and AMLI Grapevine. This on-site role focuses on driving occupancy through strategic marketing and team leadership.

You will lead a team of Leasing Consultants, show and lease apartments, manage follow-ups, and analyze market trends to optimize pricing and terms. AMLI offers strong benefits and a collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing and marketing programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals.

• Show and lease apartments, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple channels.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and lease terms to stay competitive.
• Develop resident engagement and coordinate lease renewals.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training - Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants , ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales - Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis - Conduct regular property shopping reports , track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention - Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
