AMLI Residential in Miami is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations at AMLI Midtown Miami, AMLI Midtown 29 and AMLI Wynwood. You will lead a team of Leasing Consultants, implement marketing programs, and drive occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes customer experience, market analysis, and resident retention, with opportunities to influence the leasing strategy and grow a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals; maintain the Marketing Plan and analyze market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of Leasing Consultants with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments, manage follow-ups, and use multiple marketing channels.
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct shopping reports, track market trends, monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop engagement programs, coordinate renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
