Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations at AMLI at Seven Bridges and AMLI Evanston. You will lead a small team, drive traffic, and ensure a superior resident experience.

This role requires at least 2 years in leasing or property management, strong leadership, sales and marketing capabilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction. AMLI offers competitive pay ($60,000 base) plus a 15% incentive bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a generous move-in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training - Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales - Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis - Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention - Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
