Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations across multiple sites.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of Leasing Consultants.
• Show and lease apartments to prospects and manage follow-ups across channels.
• Conduct market and pricing analysis and monitor occupancy goals.
• Develop resident engagement and lease renewal strategies.
